Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) explores how our thoughts, language, and beliefs shape our experience of life. It helps identify unconscious patterns that may be holding us back and provides practical tools to create new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
By shifting limiting beliefs and strengthening positive inner dialogue, NLP supports greater clarity, confidence, and personal growth.

Reiki
is a gentle current of universal life force - a quiet meeting between energy and intention. It is the moment when the unseen becomes tangible, when warmth gathers beneath the palms and the body begins to remember its own harmony.
Through Reiki, energy flows not by will but by invitation. It moves through pathways of light, softening what is tense, illuminating what is dim, and balancing what has drifted out of tune. It speaks in sensations - a shimmer, a pulse, a deep exhale - reminding every cell that healing is not something done, but something allowed.
Reiki is the art of presence. A conversation between spirit and body, silence and breath. It teaches that peace is not found - it is revealed, when the noise within finally yields to the stillness that has been there all along.

Layers of tension held within the body dissolves, allowing the body to exhale……what emerges is spaciousness, harmony and a quiet awakening of the body’s innate intelligence to heal and realign itself. .

EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - often called “tapping” helps calm the nervous system when you are feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally stuck.
It involves gently tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on what you are what you’re feeling and using simple phrases.
It is to help reduce the intensity of emotions and create a greater sense of calm.
It can help reduce - stress & anxiety, fears & phobias, emotional distress, performance anxiety, cravings, trauma related symptoms
